A |     9월 1~3일 여의도 인근 호텔 합동점검과도한 숙박료·일방적 예약취소 집중 확인온라인 요금 미게시 땐 첫 적발부터 영업정지 5일                   지난해 서울세계불꽃축제 모습. 사진제공=한화100만 명 이상의 인파가 몰릴 것으로 예상되는 서울세계불꽃축제를 앞두고 서울시가 여의도 일대 이른바 ‘불꽃 명당 호텔’의 바가지 숙박요금과 일방적인 예약 취소 여부를 집중적으로 살핀다. 온라인에 숙박요금을 제대로 표시하지 않은 호텔에는 첫 적발부터 영업정지 5일 처분이 내려질 수 있다.서울시는 9월 1~3일 영등포·마포·용산구와 함께 여의도 인근 관광호텔을 대상으로 합동 현장점검을 실시한다고 26일 밝혔다. 서울세계불꽃축제는 9월 5일 열린다.이번 점검에서는 숙박요금 게시 의무 준수 여부를 중점적으로 확인한다. 7월 14일부터 개정된 공중위생관리법 시행규칙이 시행되면서 온라인을 통해 객실을 판매하는 숙박업소는 접객대뿐 아니라 온라인에도 숙박요금을 게시해야 한다.위반 시 처분도 강화됐다. 기존에는 요금 게시 의무를 처음 위반하면 경고 또는 개선명령을 내렸지만 개정 시행규칙에 따라 1차 위반부터 영업정지 5일의 행정처분을 받는다. 현장점검에서 위반 사항이 확인되면 관할 자치구가 관련 법령에 따라 행정처분할 예정이다.축제를 틈탄 과도한 숙박요금 인상도 들여다본다. 서울시는 9월 1~4일 주요 온라인여행사(OTA)에 게시된 축제 당일 숙박요금을 모니터링한다. 전후 주말과 비교해 요금이 지나치게 오른 것으로 판단되면 호텔업계에 자정을 요청하고 필요할 경우 관할 자치구가 추가 점검에 나선다.호텔 측의 일방적인 예약 취소를 막기 위한 사전 조치도 진행했다. 서울시는 이달 18일과 25일 두 차례 호텔업협회와 관광협회, 주요 OTA 등에 숙박요금 게시 의무를 준수하고 일방적인 예약 취소를 자제해달라는 협조 공문을 보냈다.조성호 서울시 관광체육국장은 “일부 숙박업소의 불공정행위로 축제의 의미와 서울의 관광 이미지가 훼손돼서는 안 된다”며 “철저한 현장 점검을 통해 관광객들이 안심하고 즐길 수 있는 숙박 환경을 조성하겠다”고 말했다.。    Ananya Panday is taking a trip down memory lane! Taking to social media, the actress had shared clicks with the Black Lady. She captioned the post as, "Filmfare Best Actor (Female) - Critics Choice for Kho Gaye Hum Kahan [four crying emoticons] itni shiddat se maine tumhe paane ki kaushish ki hai, ki har zarre ne mujhe tumse milane ki saazish ki hai [heart emoticon] thank you thank you thank you."Her friends, including Suhana Khan, Shanaya Kapoor and rumoured boyfriend Walker Blanco had congratulated her on the win. Recalling the same, Ananya shared the cover image and wrote, "Such a special throwback to such a special night... [three red heart emoticons].On the professional front, Ananya has starred in Call Me Bae, CTRL, Kesari: Chapter 2 and more recently. She is gearing up to be seen in Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, alongside Kartik Aaryan. The movie is slated to release on December 25, 2025.          Interestingly, Filmfare is back with the sixth edition of OTT Awards. The Filmfare OTT Awards 2025, co-powered by Hyundai is set to take place on December 15, 2025 in Mumbai.
